The founder Audrey Benayoun-Cohen has a diploma of “Expert-comptable” in France and is Certified Public Accountant in the United States.

She started her career in Paris as an accountant and “expert-comptable diplomee”. Expatriated to the United States since 2004, she worked in French accounting firms in New York City. In 2008, Rivercount Inc was created and has started to provide accounting and tax services to Foreign clients. We partner with lawyers and specialists to provide a complete set of services to our clients. Our main goal is to tailor our services to your needs. Foreign clients who wish to invest in real estate the United States may face fiscal issues that can be avoided if set-up properly.
